Beauty & Skincare Products — All Sales Final

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items. This includes all lip products, mascaras, eyeshadow palettes, serums, toners, sunscreens, concealers, blushes, contour palettes, eye masks, and clay masks.

This policy exists for hygiene and safety reasons and applies regardless of the reason for return. We strongly recommend reading all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will replace any item that arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. To request a replacement:

✦ Include your order number
✦ Attach a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We will ship a replacement at no cost to you as soon as we verify the issue.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations
