Are the products safe for sensitive skin?

Most of our skincare is formulated for sensitive skin and is fragrance-free or low-irritant. Check each product description for details. When in doubt, patch test on your inner wrist before full application.

What is the LumeGlow LED Mask?

Can I use the LED mask every day?

Yes — 10 minutes daily is recommended and safe for most skin types. If you are pregnant or have photosensitive skin conditions, consult your physician first.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns on beauty products?

No — all beauty and skincare products are final sale. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items. This includes lip products, mascaras, serums, palettes, sunscreens, and all other skincare consumables.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us at loveyourlist23@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

The LumeGlow™ mask comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Use it consistently for 30 days — if you're not satisfied, email us for a full refund. No return required.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, email us immediately at loveyourlist23@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help before it ships.
